CentreWare Web™ is our award winning print fleet management tool designed to allow you to monitor/ change the status of your entire printing setup.

Whether it be Xerox, HP or even Canon, CentreWare Web will centralise their entire functionality allowing you to make changes from one location. You will also be able to monitor for consumable status without physically visiting a device.

SMart eSolutions™

Automatic Meter Reads may also be enabled through CentreWare Web. This results in the software automatically sending your Xerox device's meter reads to North East Reprographics without the usual inconvenience.

North East Reprographics can install of CentreWare Web as a service to our customers. Simply check your system meets the following requirements before pre-arranging an appointment with Marino Keith, our solutions analyst. Install will take approximately 2 hours.

System Requirements:
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP Professional, and Windows Server 2003
  • PC with a 600 MHz or higher Pentium III processor recommended
  • 512MB of RAM or higher recommended; (256 MB supported, but may limit performance)
  • 3 GB of available disk space
  • TCP/IP
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.05 or greater
    NTFS security access checking is recommended
