North East Reprographics is a locally owned
Aberdeen based company founded in 1995 to operate as a Xerox partner to
support Xerox products and services in the North of Scotland.
It was founded by former employee, John Edon and
quickly established and maintained strong links with all business sectors
in this area.
The company went through a management buy-out in
2004 led by John Sheran and Alex Smith who have over 50 years experience
between them in document, copy and print solutions.
NER were upgraded to Xerox
Premier Partner status in 1999 based upon their market penetration and
outstanding customer support record. The company have some of the most
prestigious oil related organisations as clients and have achieved the
UK Xerox Premier Partner of the year title no less than FOUR occasions.
For the last 3 years we have moved towards providing our clients with
a fully managed service which includes the following:
- Machine Supply & Service
- Helpdesk & First Line Support
- Paper Distribution to Machines
- Onsite Machine Support
- In-House Reprographics Facility

to operate their core business with maximum productivity and efficiency.
