Tayside and Fife. As one of Xerox’s top Premier Partners in the UK we deliver
service and customer support in the these areas via Xerox trained engineers
and NER support staff.
• Call
Centre & Helpdesk Facilities
Our Call Centre/ Help desk is situated in our office at Marywell, Aberdeen
where our Helpdesk Personnel will provide technical support which resolves
up to 30% of the calls.
Xerox also has a technical helpdesk facility which we can utilise if necessary
to resolve any Issues although this is rarely used with the experience
levels within our support staff.
We target a response time for call outs to be within 4 hours. Our main
focus is to be pro-active to restrict the need for callouts with preventative
maintenance and onsite support whilst distributing paper and consumables.
• In-House Staffed Reprographics
Facilities

an in-house staffed printroom to manage all the document processes and

By diverting larger volume jobs to a centralised printroom our experienced

Box storage
Our Storage facilities offer an extremely safe and secure environment
to store your most confidential information. All our services are handled
by bonded and insured personnel that are required to go through stringent
background checks. Employees must also sign confidentiality agreements
before being hired.
Our facilities are also very safe and secure. They are equipped with 24-hour
security cameras and alarm systems preventing unauthorised access.
Our storage services can provide document/information retrieval services
in as little as two hours. Our customers have found they can count on
us to deliver. We know it's important to get your information when you
need it!

• Secure Document Shredding and recycling
We are able to arrange a service agreement where collections are made
weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks.We can advise on the most suitable
collection frequency depending on the volume of waste that is produced.
The confidential waste is collected from your premises and then taken
to be shredded in our lockable secure bins.
Our Industrial cross-cut shredders reduce the paper beyond recognition
to security level 3 accreditation. With North East Reprographics you can
